Is CrossFit for you?  YES.  CrossFit is for EVERYONE, all shapes, all sizes, all ages.  EVERYONE, from the stay at home mom, the working class man or women, the grandparents who want nothing more than to enjoy their grandchildren, the collegiate athlete looking to take their fitness to the next level and of course anyone who is looking for a better quality of life mentally, physically and spiritually.
 
What is CrossFit?  CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program developing athletes from the inside out.  It is a broad , general and inclusive fitness program aimed at preparing you for the unknown and unknowable.  When we say athlete we mean EVERYONE, our needs differ in degree from others but NOT in kind.
